How to refer

We take referrals from:
  • Primary care
  • GPs
  • Mental health services
  • Youth and community services
  • Any services who work with young people
  • Carers
  • Potential clients
We work with young people aged 14 to 24, currently experiencing their first episode of psychosis, and who are living in Leeds or registered with a Leeds GP.

To make a referral or for an informal discussion, you can contact us on:

Fax : 0113 249 3411
Email: info@commlinks-aspire.co.uk

Referral duty times are Monday to Friday 12pm to 2pm and 5pm to 6pm.   You can contact us any time from Monday to Friday during the hours 9am to 6pm.

Please complete the primary care checklist which is included in the pack.   The referral can be faxed, posted or emailed or you can contact the duty worker on the above telephone number.   Please refer directly to aspire as referrals which go to other services will cause delay.   If the person needs urgent care, consider crisis services.
